The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions undertaken by Bestworld Trading Limited. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received from you.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold by Bestworld Trading Limited are as per description.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We will not accept orders for the Bébétel from outside of the United Kingdom but will pass on your details to a relevant supplier (if any) in your country of origin. Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be provided by us. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable and we are not responsible for any such delays.

Availability

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will not accept payment for any goods which are no longer available.

Price

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order during the period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the Bébétel, for a full refund. This does not apply to any item that has been customised or used. To cancel you can email us, or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Items may be returned to Bestworld Trading Limited at PO Box 1046, Bushey, WD23 2ZQ.

Privacy Policy

Bestworld Trading Limited collects personal data about you when you complete on-line forms on this site to register as a member or place an order with us. In addition, whenever we use our site we collect information about the way in which you use the site. We use this information in order to customise the site to suit your preferences, to fulfill any orders you place and to allow us to compile anonymous management and statistical information about the site and our products and services.

We will also use the information we collect about you to send you e-mail updates about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive these updates you may unsubscribe at any time by e-mailing us at unsubscribe@bestworld.co.uk.

We may supply your details to third parties if you do not wish us to do this you should tick the relevant box on our ordering form. We use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This gives you certain rights in relation to the information which we hold about you, including a right to request a copy of that information. The Bébétel

The Bébétel is supplied with full easy-to-follow instructions. We strongly recommend that prior to using the Bébétel you read the instructions in full. Any further questions about the operation of the Bébétel may be made by e-mail to info@bestworld.co.uk please first refer to our frequently asked questions page.

The Bébétel is not a substitute for parental supervision. It is only designed to monitor sounds made by a child and to alert you of any such sound by telephone, whether land line, mobile or pager.

You must always ensure that you can attend to your child promptly after a telephone call or page is received.

Where the Bébétel is used in conjunction with a mobile telephone or pager its operation is dependent on such device being fully operational and network coverage being available at all times. In these cases the Bébétel is dependent on the performance of your relevant network provider and accordingly we cannot guarantee the performance of the same. The Bébétel functions within the technical constraints imposed by your mobile network provider. Bestworld Trading Limited are not responsible for the failure of the Bébétel to connect to a mobile device by reason of a failure of network coverage by your network provider.

You will be solely liable for costs of calls to your mobile phone (via your service provider) or land line provider or other service provider to which you may connect the Bébétel. It is strongly recommended that you test the Bébétel within the environment in which you intend to use the same. Testing should thereafter be carried out if the unit has been dropped or has not been used for some time.

WHERE USING THE BÉBÉTEL OVERSEAS YOU WILL NEED AN APPROPRIATE TELEPHONE ADAPTOR.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
